Communicating Matters provides a comprehensive Speech and Language Therapy service across Norfolk and Suffolk. We are a growing company and our services can be commissioned by education and local authorities.
Lindsey qualified in 2002 with a Post Graduate Diploma in Speech and Language Therapy. She has since worked as a paediatric Speech and Language Therapist, both in the NHS and in a wide variety of settings, including schools, pre-schools, community clinics, Children’s Centres, specialist settings and also as a volunteer SLT in Sri Lanka for nearly 2 years.
Lindsey’s experience is with children and young people from 18 months to 19 years old from a wide range of client groups including moderate-severe learning difficulties, ASD, challenging behaviour, language and phonological disorder and delay and she has a special interest in bilingualism.
Ruth qualified as a Speech and Language Therapist in 2002 with an MSc from University College London. She worked for the NHS for several years before leaving to work independently. Ruth works with children with speech, language and communication difficulties, as well as adults with learning disabilities.
Ruth works as a Registered Intermediary for the Ministry of Justice. In this role she advises about communicating with children and vulnerable adults during police interviews and cross examination at court.
